My Doctor Mom is free and always will be. We don’t accept fees for medical advice, and we never accept money to promote any specific medical regimen, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, or supplements. We do accept donations that are used exclusively to offset our web service fees, but these are never, ever used to influence content. Disclaimer and A Word Of Caution

I started this blog because I wanted to share things I love and that have helped me in my medical career and this journey that is parenthood. While I have a medical education and will soon be a board certified Family Doctor, all of the views expressed are my own unless otherwise noted. Any recommendations I make are based on what has been helpful to me, my family, or people I know personally–that never means that they will be helpful to everyone. Any advice I may give or items I may recommend are not meant to definitively diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. As a physician, I give guidance and recommendations to my clinical patients–this blog does not constitute a clinical environment.

I hope the content on this blog interests and inspires you. However, before making any decisions regarding your health, you should always consult with a physician who has access to your personal and medical history.
